CONTROL UNITS
Vprox control units are self contained and are available in five different sizes, allowing greater
flexibility in the design and implementation of access control systems. All control units allow for
the programming, deletion and testing of individual proximity keys without the need of a master
key.
VPROX - 20
Vprox 20 will control one door and store up to 20 proximity keys. The unit has four pre-set door
open times from 2 to 10 seconds. The unit is contained in a 5 module DIN box (87.5mm). Power
requirements depend upon the lock type being used.
VPROX - 100
Vprox 100 will control two doors and store up to 100 proximity keys. The unit incorporates a
two digit LED display and four function push buttons, access to the programming is password
protected (via the four push buttons). Independent setting of the door open times for both doors
from 1 to 99 seconds. The unit is contained in a 9 module DIN box (157.5mm). Power
requirements depend upon the lock type being used.
VPROX – 250
Vprox 250 will control three doors and store up to 250 proximity keys. The unit incorporates a
four digit LED display and a 4 x 3 key pad. Access to the programming is password protected.
Independent setting of the door open times for all doors (from 1 to 255 seconds). The unit has an
alarm relay with timed activation after five attempts with an un-programmed or deleted key fob.
It also features an on-board real time clock with battery backup. Two removable EEprom memory
for main and backup memory. The unit is housed in a powder coated hinged metal box allowing
ease of access for system programming. Power requirements depend upon the lock type being
used.
VPROX PROXIMITY DEVICES ALL WITH 64 BIT SECURITY
VX955/C Proximity key built into a PVC card with a reading distance up to
50mm.
VX955/T Proximity key built into a key fob with a reading distance up to
20mm.
Vprox Reader Units A wide selection of readers are available to operate with all Vprox
control units.
Art. 849 Proximity reader built into a “Series 800 module” with
polycarbonate reader window.
Art. 849Z/G/N Low profile surface proximity reader manufactured from die cast
aluminium with a polycarbonate reader window. Available in two
colours, dark grey or pearl nickel.
Art. 849P Surface proximity reader manufactured from high impact A.B.S.
plastic. A
